This is blog post number one. On this blog, I plan to post things of interest to small businesses, translators, and people interested in Japan. I expect topics to include things like WordPress, WordPress plugins, SEO, translation, Japanese culture, and Japan in general. I don’t consider myself an expert in web development or SEO, so it will be more of a discussion of what I’ve learned that may prove useful to those who are just starting out.

This website offers thousands of royalty-free photos that are perfect for the websites of small businesses. I won’t go into details, because you can see for yourself if you’re interested. The Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license is very generous. You can modify the pictures and even use them in advertisements. The photos used in the header of this website are from Pexels.
